High Mountain Green tea is handpicked from the pastures in the Hunza Valley of Gilgit Baltistan. It is a herb that grows at high altitudes and is purely organic. People of Hunza especially visit pastures/meadows to collect Tumuro, dry and store it.
How to make a cup of High Mountain Green Tea . Put 1 and a half cups of water in a pan, bring it to a boil and then add 1 teaspoon of green tea. After 1 minute of adding the green tea, lower the flame cover the lid, and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Strain the tea before serving. For added taste/flavour you can add lemon + organic honey/ Organic Gur. . Note: Don’t overcook it, the taste of this herb will be destroyed along with its nutrients too. .
