White Pepper, Black Pepper, Salt, Cumin Seeds (Zeera), Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya), Garlic Powder, Green Cardamom (Sabz Elaichi), Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi), Cloves (Long), Chicken Powder Star Anise (Badiyan Khati), Love



  • Chicken: 1 kg (cut into small portions)
  • Onion: 4 medium (finely diced)
  • Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Green Chillies: 2-4 tablespoons (grounded)
  • Lemon Juice: 4 tablespoons
  • Plain Yoghurt: 200 gm (whipped)
  • Oil/Ghee: 180 ml


  1. Mix green chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, and Dry Delights White Korma Masala. Apply to the chicken and set aside for 30-45 minutes.

  2. Heat oil and fry onions until light brown; remove onions from oil and grind with yoghurt. Keep aside.

  3. In the same oil, add marinated chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.

  4. Add the onion and yoghurt mixture, and cook for 15 minutes or until the oil separates from the gravy. (For a thinner gravy, add half to one cup of milk.)

  5. Add lemon juice and remove from heat. Garnish with a few blanched and peeled almonds.

  6. Serve with naans and roti.

Tips for best results:

  • Wash the chicken with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar in half a cup of water before use.
